Reminder that Spring Clean Up starts tomorrow & will go through April 27th! The city dump will be free to all city residents, take advantage! Can't make it to the dump? Thats okay! Service hauls are half price! Call and get your name on the pick up list! Click here for hours and more info!!

Water will be off today in the North West quadrant of town as crews repair water lines in preparation for road pavings. NW 2nd, NW 3rd, W. Commerce, & W. Pershing are most likely to be affected. If you lose water you will be under a boil water notice.

The City of Cooper has signed a contract with North Texas Animal Control Authority. As of April 16, 2024 all questions and concerns about stray animals will need to be directed to 214-513-8228. Kerry is here to help our town, he does not want to take pets to the shelter! Pet owners please make sure your pets have collars and or microchips. If you have an animal picked up you will need to contact City Hall. For any other questions please contact City Hall, 903-395-2217.
